To redeem a digital voucher, log into your account, go to 'My Vouchers', select the voucher you want to redeem, and follow the instructions provided. Each voucher type has specific redemption steps.

If your payment has been successfully processed and the card does not immediately appear, please check for a notification containing your card details. You can also access your purchase log, located in the main menu, to retrieve your card information.

To verify your card, please contact Qi Card customer service by calling 422.

All purchased cards are automatically saved in two locations: - The Digital Zone app's purchase record. - The Purchases section within the Qi Card services app.
